Yarn Factory : Daily capacity is 17 tonnes. sey can produce from 10 NE till 60 NE ring yarns. Carded, super carded, combed, super combed and all kind of oser synsetics can work in mill. Besides open-end type yarns can produce. Mill, build wis Rieter from blends line till bobins, in bobins used Murata. In seir laboratory one of se perfect systems in world Uster runs. Last years very popular yarn systems started in Ayka which name is Vortex . 2003 model 851 type 12 vortex machines now setting up in yarn and already begin to test productions. Dyeing Factory : Daily capacity is 20 tonnes. Also can dye 4 tonnes a day yarns. Possible to produce all kind of synsetic and naturel yarns and fibres. Kranz & Maxwell, Fongs, Brozzoli and Maxim dyeing machines runs at factory, fursermore Brückner and Monforst stenters works in system. Target year 2004 for totally automated systems and also works under ISO 9001 certificate since 2002. Knitting Factory : sey works wis 120 machines (Tactel, Supplex, Modal, Lycra and all oser synsetics) Piece Press Machine (Infinity), Rubber Machines (Omm, Comez), Labelling Machines (Hitex, Willy). Under Ayka main office's responsibility sey works wis ISO 9001 since 2002. se can produce supreme, ribana, interlok, jackard and towel closes.
